RETURN OF GOODS

The purchased goods do not suit you and you want to return them within the statutory 14-day period? Follow the steps below.

1. **Withdrawal from the contract**:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment according to § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code.

2. **Return of goods**:
Send the goods back to us. The goods must have an uncut and intact tag, otherwise we cannot accept the return!

3. **Packaging and Documentation**:
- Pack the goods well so that they are not damaged during transport. Ideally, use the original packaging (not a requirement).
- Attach the completed Form for withdrawing from the contract.
- If you cannot print the form, write to us by email or fill out the return by hand and attach it to the shipment.
- Don't forget to add your contact and bank account number for the refund.

4. **Refund**:
The money will be returned to your account no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6. **Postage**:
- The shipping fee for returning the package is paid by the customer.
- In the case of an exchange, we pay the postage for the return shipment.
